The New York Times has blandly given an endorsement to one of the nuttiest of all creationist nutters, Kent Hovind aka "Dr. Dino." Nevermind that his doctorate is bogus and he's under investigation by the IRS for not paying taxes, despite a documented income of over $1M/year. What gripes me, and Pharygula (via Panda's Thumb) is that he is promoting scientific illiteracy, helping to create a new generation that will be left behind in the world. *sigh*
